the following steps are required to access facts billing and facts family

Step 2
Next to the LOG IN button click 'Create a New FACTS Family Account'
Step 3
Enter STJE-MA as our district code and your Email Address on file.
A link will be sent to your email on file, so you will be able to create a new password for FACTS Billing and FACTS Family.
STEP 4
Enter in your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Please remember to check off PARENT when logging in.
To RESET your PASSWORD click here. Be sure to use your registered email address.
